2020 EURO Auto Festival Postponed to 2021
The postponement and cancellation of Porsche events in 2020 continues with the postponement of the 2020 Euro Auto Festival, the largest All-European Auto Festival on the East Coast. Every year many Air Brigade members attend and show at Euro Auto Festival.
This year’s event was to be the 25th Anniversary Celebration of the Festival. It was originally scheduled for October 17, 2020 at The Preserve at Verdae in Greenville, South Carolina. The new date for the 25th Anniversary Euro Auto Festival is October 16, 2021.
This is the statement from the organizers about the postponement:
“Because of the times we are going through now, EURO could not in good conscience request money from our valuable partners that are essential in having a great show. We as a board have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 EURO Auto Festival until 2021. I say postpone because this should have been our 25th Anniversary in 2020. We are pretending 2020 didn’t happen and we will pick up where we left off in 2021 by celebrating our 25th Anniversary.”
Past Air Brigade winners and participants at the show have been
Joe with his 1972 Porsche 911E
Charlie and his 1972 Porsche 911T Targa
Jim and 1958 356A Porsche Speedster
Jeremy and his 1974 Porsche 914
Rusty and his 1980 Porsche 911SC Targa
Rob and his 1957 Porsche 356A Coupe
Carl and his 1978 Porsche 911SC
TD and his 1989 Porsche Carrera Anniversary Edition
These members and many more were scheduled to show again this year and will now have to wait until 2021.
